Delivery

All (Benelux) orders are shipped by BPost or DPD. They offer a tracking service to your doorstep. Upon ordering we will provide full information and tracking ID as soon as parcel is collected by our shipping partner.

Lead time delivery is 4 business days for stock orders. During busier periods, delivery may take a little longer. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.

Care guide

At Talking Walls, we work exclusively with natural fibres chosen for their character, texture and longevity. When treated with care, these materials only grow more beautiful over time.

Pieces crafted from silk and modal deserve a gentle approach. These fibres are strong by nature, yet
sensitive to heat, friction and harsh products. Always consult the care label inside your garment.

Garments made from silk or modal should be hand washed only, in water up to 30°C, using a liquid detergent specifically formulated for wool and silk. Do not soak. Handle the fabric lightly and allow it to airdry.

Steaming is preferred over ironing.If you are uncertain about caring for the piece at home, professional dry cleaning is recommended.

Discovered inside the same abandoned house in Poperinge as 'Decay', this image captures fabric, wallpaper, and time slowly collapsing into one another.

Floral patterns fade into rough textures, while torn surfaces and exposed threads create a composition that feels almost accidental in its beauty.

Muted creams, dusty rose, faded olive, and softened browns give the image a quiet richness. Nothing remains untouched. Textiles fray, layers separate, colours dissolve. Yet the refinement of the original interior still lingers underneath.

The image moves between domestic elegance and deterioration without becoming nostalgic. Loose fibres, worn florals, and damaged surfaces introduce rhythm and texture that feel remarkably contemporary despite their age.

On textile, the fractured patterns and softened colours create depth without heaviness, while the irregular textures bring movement across the garment itself. Delicate details appear and disappear depending on distance, almost dissolving back into the surface.

A house slowly falling apart, but still holding onto its elegance remarkably well.
