Shipping policy

Delivery

All (Benelux) orders are shipped by BPost or DPD. They offer a tracking service to your doorstep. Upon ordering we will provide full information and tracking ID as soon as parcel is collected by our shipping partner.

Lead time delivery is 4 days for stock orders. If item is not in stock we will inform you on due delivery timing.

TAX free (non E.U.)

All our prices include VAT that is applicable for the area where the goods are purchased (VAT rate is mentioned at check out). Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. The customer is responsible for payable duties which may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
