Returns

We hope that you are satisfied with your new Talking Walls piece. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it.

Please note that customers are responsible for purchasing their own return label and dropping off the parcel at a designated parcel shop.

For returns from the U.S. and the U.K., please note that local customs authorities may charge duties or processing fees. To help avoid this, the parcel should be clearly marked as “Returned Goods”. However, customs charges may still apply. These costs are set by local authorities and remain outside the control of Talking Walls.

Return window

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange. 

Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Your item must be unused and in its original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Sale items are not eligible for return and cannot be refunded

Return Process

To request a return, please visit talking-walls.returnless.com/. You will have to enter your order number (starting with #) and your postal code. 

Your request will be reviewed within two working days. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions to create your return label.

Please drop off your parcel at a nearby parcel shop and include your original delivery note inside the package, so we can identify your return correctly.

Please bring your item in its original condition, along with your proof of purchase or delivery note, so we can assist you smoothly.
