A graceful fish glides across an old riverside wall, proving that even in the middle of Vienna, the Danube sometimes leaves traces far beyond its banks.

Found along the Danube Canal in Vienna, this hand-drawn mural transforms an ordinary concrete wall into an underwater world. With nothing more than confident black lines, a vivid green eye and flowing fins, the fish seems almost alive, drifting quietly through a city better known for imperial palaces than street art.

The beauty lies in its simplicity. The rough concrete remains visible beneath the drawing, chipped paint and weathered surfaces becoming part of the composition. Instead of hiding the wall, the artist works with it, allowing cracks, stains and time itself to complete the image.
