Found in a vintage shop somewhere in Budapest, Hungary, this paper collage brings together birds, flowers, handwritten fragments and figures from another century. What seems at first like a nostalgic scene slowly turns into something stranger and more layered.Two delicate birds sit at the centre of the composition, surrounded by blossoms, old printed details and the elegant world of an 18th century bourgeois dancing fest. Around them, pieces of paper overlap like memories that never fully belonged together but somehow found the same rhythm.The charm lies in the collision. Refined costumes, decorative flowers, handwritten words and natural history illustrations all meet on one surface. It feels romantic, but not too sweet. Historical, but not too serious.
