Delivery

All (Benelux) orders are shipped by BPost or DPD. They offer a tracking service to your doorstep. Upon ordering we will provide full information and tracking ID as soon as parcel is collected by our shipping partner.

Lead time delivery is 4 business days for stock orders. During busier periods, delivery may take a little longer. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.

Care guide and a note on colour

At Talking Walls, we work exclusively with natural fibres selected for their character, warmth and longevity. With the right care, these materials evolve beautifully over time.

Cotton is more resilient than silk or cashmere, yet it still benefits from a thoughtful routine —
particularly when printed or tailored. Always consult the care label inside your garment.

Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate programme, using a mild detergent without bleach. A detergent formulated for wool or silk is also suitable and helps preserve colour. Turn printed pieces inside out before washing and avoid overloading the machine. Select a low spin cycle, maximum 600 rpm.

Once the cycle ends, take the garment out and allow it to air dry. Do not tumble dry.

Cotton can be ironed on a moderate setting. Steaming is also a gentle alternative.

If you feel unsure about washing at home, professional dry cleaning is recommended.

A note on colour

Next to the stories of our walls, colours are our playground and an essential part of everything we create. We care deeply about them. Still, slight variations may occur between the colours you see in our campaign and lookbook images and the final piece you receive. Different fabrics, printing techniques and production runs can all influence how a colour comes to life.

We believe this is part of the beauty of working with real materials, where small variations are simply part of their character.

A basket of flowers, soft green leaves, pale blossoms, and a barely visible vase slowly fade into a muted sea green background, marked by scratches, rust, stains, and time.

A sweet floral image, but no longer too sweet.

The charm sits in that soft damage. The painted bouquet remains delicate, almost powdery, while the tin itself adds everything the original decoration probably never intended: worn edges, tiny scars, oxidised browns, faded colour, and the quiet dignity of an object that survived many cupboards.

Nothing here tries to be precious. It simply became beautiful by being kept, used, forgotten, and found again.

On textile, the faded greens and soft white flowers create a calm, almost misty surface. Up close, the scratches and rust bring texture and depth. From afar, the bouquet feels gentle and nostalgic without becoming sentimental.
