Found somewhere along the road in India by Marie-Gon, a Dutch colour consultant, this wall turns dripping paint into something almost emotional. Lines of turquoise, orange, pink, yellow and soft blue slide down the surface, crossing each other like traces after a sudden burst of feeling. The image is simple at first glance, but full of movement once you stay with it. Paint gathers, spills, slows down, changes direction, and leaves its own rhythm behind. Nothing is drawn, yet everything seems to be happening. The beauty lies in the contradiction. These are “tears”, but they arrive in colours that feel anything but sorrowful. They look more like joy escaping the wall, too bright to stay in place, too liquid to become a fixed image. When translated into textile, TEARS OF JOY kept that same sense of release. Vertical streams, transparent layers, and unexpected colour crossings create a design that feels spontaneous, light, and alive.
