Every human is a flower.

Found on a wall in Hamburg’s Sternschanze area, this beautiful artwork by @marambolage turns a simple thought into something you can actually see. People and flowers come together across the wall, creating a colourful garden where everyone seems to have a place.

There is something lovely about the idea. On their own, flowers are beautiful. Put them together and you get a garden. The same goes for people, with all their different shapes, colours, characters and ways of being.

The artwork feels warm without becoming sentimental, and playful without losing its message. It is the kind of wall that makes you stop for a moment, simply because the idea behind it is so easy to understand.

When translated into textiles, we kept that same sense of togetherness. The flowers and human forms come together across the fabric, creating a print that feels like a little garden of its own.
