A quiet corner in Luzern that knew exactly how to behave.

Found in a fashion boutique and hair salon, the room brings together pale blue walls, an old radiator, a dark chair, a silver-framed mirror and a shell chandelier that glows softly from above. A touch of red curtain gives the space just enough theatre.

The light is what really caught our eye. It filters through the hanging shells, falls softly across the textured wall and settles into the room like a faded memory of something more glamorous. In the mirror, a glimpse of a vintage Paris hairdresser sign adds another little detail without asking for attention.

The colours are gentle but rich: powder blue, warm ivory, deep burgundy, soft silver, old white and dark polished wood. There is something beautifully old fashioned about the whole scene. Not retro for the sake of decoration, but more like a room that collected its taste over time and never felt the need to explain itself.

When translated into textiles, we kept that same quiet atmosphere. The soft light, pale walls and glowing chandelier meet darker furniture and deeper accents, creating a print with warmth, depth and a slightly theatrical mood.
