A little blue and white, with plenty to look at.
Found by Pascale Michel, owner of Scènes de Menage, a wonderful vintage shop in Brussels, this porcelain plate caught our eye with its intricate floral pattern. Swirling vines wind their way between blooming flowers, all painted in delicate shades of blue against a pristine white background.
There is something wonderfully satisfying about the precision of it. The pattern feels decorative without becoming overwhelming, with each fine blue stroke adding another little detail to discover.
When translated into textiles, we kept that same balance of delicacy and detail. The flowers and winding vines spread across the fabric, becoming softer and more fluid as the material moves and folds.
A little piece of Brussels porcelain, turned into something made to move.
