A tapestry that clearly knows how to make an entrance.

Covered in sequins and bursting with colour, this magnificent piece brings together poppy pinks, greens, yellows, blues and purples in one wonderfully decorative composition. The sequins add another layer, catching the light and giving the colours even more life.

We discovered it thanks to Pascale Michel, owner of Scènes de Menage, a wonderful vintage shop in Brussels. It is exactly the kind of find that makes you look twice, then wonder how something so decorative ever managed to go unnoticed.

When translated into textiles, we kept that same sense of colour and abundance. The original tapestry becomes a rich composition of shapes and shades, with the sequin-like details adding a little extra sparkle through the movement of the fabric.
