Flowers on one side, camouflage on the other.

Found by Pascale Michel, owner of Scènes de Menage, a wonderful vintage shop in Brussels, this patchwork rug caught our eye with its unexpected mix of patterns. Delicate yellow flowers and sweeping white strokes emerge from a deep blue background, creating a sense of movement, while the earthy camouflage-inspired design brings a completely different rhythm to the composition.

It is the contrast that makes it interesting. Soft floral shapes meet something more rugged and utilitarian, creating a patchwork that feels eclectic without needing to match.

When translated into textiles, we kept that same unexpected combination. The floral motifs and earthy camouflage pattern come together across the fabric, creating a design that changes character as it moves and folds.
